Brushing Basics

Interdental brushing

Place the interdental brush on the outer side of teeth until it penetrates the interdental space. Then make horizontal movements with the brush, 6 to 7 times for each interdental space. For proper use, it is important that the brush comes out from the lingual side. If the brush holds large quantities of dental plaque, rinse and continue with other interdental spaces. If you feel some pressure when the brush crosses the interdental space, do not stop because you will damage your gums. Use the brushes once a day, before the evening brushing.
